Default Help me climb out of the stoneage (5.0.1)

I posted on the Windows/LE forum and was told I was so out of date that I needed to post in the Legacy forum. Anyway, here's what I posted:

Hi everyone. I have been using the Toolbox package for years (AMIII card and Pro Tools 5.0.1). I recently had to replace the computer and intentionally used Win98 2nd edition on the new CPU so that I could keep my old setup. Anyway, my D-Verb (version 1.7) won't load and I started doing some reseacrch and it looks like it might be time to upgrade my Pro Tools and start getting a little more up to date.

At the very least, it looks like I need to get 5.1.1 before any new plug-ins (and the free D-verb download) will be compatible. I don't see where to go to upgrade from 5.0.1 to something more current. I'd like to keep things as simple as possible and keep using my AMIII card and Win 98 if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update - I can easily switch my OS to XP if that will help me at all. I just don't want to risk not being able to access all the recorings I have done over the past 6 years...

Upgrade to WinXP and PTLE 6.1. Pro Tools LE is backwards compatible, so your old sessions will open with no problems. XP is much more stable than 98SE, so go ahead and take the plunge. You will NOT regret it!
