latency?
can anyone email me some tweaks for win98se i am trying to get less latency time on pro tools 5.1 with the digi 001 but when i decrease hardware buffer to 512 it tells me i need to increase it to 1024 i have a pentium 3 800MHZ with 512 ram and i have tweaked my hard drives and my virtual mem.

Hi THERE IS HEAPS OF INFO ON THE CONFERENCE ABOUT LATENCY,try the search option,my advice is turn off as many windows options as you can,for instance there was a windows jungle theme really conflicting with the pro tools power.
