Default Please help

I made a big private gear purchase and one of the items is protools 12. He sent me the ilok with the license on it, but I can't seem to get him to complete the transfer or ownership form. He asked me for the serial number of ilok and I sent him a picture of it. I of course can't download the protools 12 installer, or register the ilok in my account. I am hoping someone from AVID can jump in and help me.

Hi and Welcome

As this is a user forum and not an Avid support forum you need to do the following.

You would need to buy a support ticket (ASC) from Avid website and here is a link for this. Start a case and explain as much detail as possible so Avid can look into this.

However they can't help with the seller filoing out the TOO form as thats between you and him and you can't do anything until this is done correctly.

I will point Avid to this aswell and see what they might be able to do here.
