Some tracks not printing...WTF!?!

Here's my workflow...

40 or so tracks bussed into 4 Auxes (DLG, SFX, AMB, MUS), which are then bussed to a Print track to record my Stereo mix.

As I'm recording my print track, some music is not reaching it's final destination and I can't figure out why. I've checked my busses, all are correct. I've checked for accidental mute automation, there is none. Everything is active. When I change the outs on my Auxes to 1-2 the music plays through as it should, but when I route it back to the Print track it doesn't show up. And it's ONLY the music in certain sections, and it only happens some of the time.

Any idea what's going on?

Do you dsp caching on? Turn it off and reload your session. You may have suffered bus death which would happen with dsp caching active
