CAN'T OPEN SESSION DUE TO WINDOWS ERROR. CRASH.

Hi,
Can someone please help! I just ugraded to PT LE 7.1 and I'm having trouble opening one of my sessions. Everytime I try to open this session, it gives me an error saying "Pro Tools Application has encountered an error and needs to close. Sorry for any inconvenience...Send or Don't send error to Microsoft, etc.." I have seen this error before in other programs, but not with PT. All my other sessions open and work with no problem.
I tried importing the session data into a new session and that's works fine (while I'm working on the song), but once I close that session and try to open it again, it crashes and gives me the same error. Is there any limits to file sizes within PT LE 7.1? I don't think so, but this particular song is about 7 minutes long and 32 tracks.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE!!
