Just got a response from AVID Customer Care (guess they've been very busy)!
Still tied to the subscription plan but AVID is evaluating my particular situation (mistakenly purchased Pro Tools SW Perpetual Crossgrade to PT | SW Annual Subscription) Hope I can get my Pro Tools permanent license back and simply continue renewing 1-year support/upgrades for permanent license |

Status Update: subscription plan cancelled BUT Pro Tools permanent license still cancelled and can't run Pro Tools
Yesterday afternoon I checked my AVID account products and noticed that my Pro Tools was showing again as "Perpetual Product" and showed the list of options to renew 1-year-upgrades+support $199. Quite excited I went ahead and paid for 1-year plan (weee) thinking everything is back to normal.... Then I opened iLok License Manager which removed the "Pro Tools Subscription" BUT didn't put back the Pro Tools permanent license Now my AVID account shows under "Cancelled and Expired Subscriptions" both my Pro Tools license and Pro Tools subsription and I can't run Pro Tools |

If you open ilok license manager and sync/repair the ilok you use, does it appear in the ilok key?
