Default "Bounce to disk" problem!

Everytime i try to bounce a song, protools gets up to about 30 seconds of the sound then it gives me the buffer error warning. Is there any way to export songs other than bounceing them or is there a way to fix the buffer problem? (By the way i've already played with the buffer settings and it did no good, and im using 7.4)
