I am an Avid endorser, these are all my codes and iLoks. The dern iLok just broke on me out of nowhere.

Sorry but I don't understand what you expect from this last post. And I'm assuming by endorser you are advertising that Avid gave you complementary or discounted license? But then you might not be an endorser much longer if you keep complaining in public about iLok problems. Everybody else who has an iLok problem, and forked over their own hard earned money for their software, has to go through this exact same hassle.

It sounds like from past comments that you have a license showing up in your online iLok account, in which case the standard iLok RMA process will fix this. But as I've tried to say twice, if you don't have that history of a license showing up in your iLok account then I doubt iLok will be able to help you and you should instead contact whoever at Avid provided you with a license. But I'd hope for lots of reasons that all complementary/demo/special licenses get handled via distribution though an iLok account.

I think you're confused or I'm misinformed. ProTools HD doesn't run with an MBox. That's ProTools native.
