Virus Indigo - Have the auth, dont have the plugin..??

I just recieved my iLok auths for AmpFarm and Virus... the iLok auth I recieved was marked Virus Indigo.... I didn't order the upgrade... so I dont have the software .... will this auth my existing Virus (old red)..??
