Default Protool 9 ASIO driver sound out of computer speaker

Installed protools 9 out of the box
installed asio4all driver
the sound is coming out of the computer speaker and not the rear output.

when I go into the asio control protool tells me changes have been made and it must be rebooted

I have a nitris DX no drivers for.... which protools doesn't support.... they support the mojo.... that makes sense

I have no idea how to tell protool to play out of the rear outputs
HELP thanks in advance
