Default Mutes frees Voices -ProTools 9 Native?

Does anyone know if "Mutes Frees Voices" is usable with P.T. 9 Native?

PT Native yes (since it has manual and dynamic voice allocation). PT Open no, since it only has dynamic voice allocation.
