Hi all. I’m having the same problem but in a Mac. Same exact issue where my iPad doesn’t show up to add as a surface on the computer and the red exclamation point on the tablet. Has anyone found a fix?

Have you updated EuControl to the same version? Are they both on the same netwrok/subnet?

Spoke to support today about issue with Ultimate 2024.3.1 and Avid Control app on iPad via EuCon 2023.11 install (EuControl app). Apparently app doesn't seem to work beyond iOS v15...bummer for those of us that keep our iOS devices up to date and want to pull out this tool every once and a while. Bigger bummer for those who depend on it to run their S-consoles! Their support page says it supports up to iOS v16 but I don't believe I remember it working in v16 either.

I can confirm my iPad and the EuControl software see each other, but when session is open with EUCON enabled the session doesn't talk to EuControl properly so nothing registers on the iPad device.

If you look at AVID Control app on Apple App Store the last update was 5 months ago "bug fixes". Hopefully this June (or sooner) we'll see an iOS app update that supports iOS 17+ along with new PTU updates.

If the App runs and is available in the App store then it is OK and you have a different issue. Just to check, in the Avid Control App at the top left of the screen near the Counter theres no red ! mark?
