Default WLM loudness meter, need help.

Hi
I bought waves WLM loudness meter. Great in real time RTAS
But I do have problem trying to export cvs off line in AudioSuite.
I try to follow the user guide and scan a file but I must do something
wrong, because the cvs file is empty.
I highlight a region and select off line cvs file and save this (on my desktop) and then hit render.
(The text whole file is gray, a little strange)
I am obesely doing something wrong. Any ideas, or help are very welcome.

Thanks.

Enable the Export Csv box. Save the file.Process the clip that you want metered then and here's the trick, quit the WLM plug in. Hopefully it should work now. I had the same problem and i was pulling my hair out for days over this

last question......

The text `Whole file` just beside the render button is gray ?
Is this normal ?
And what does the number 4.00 means ? I can raise the number to 60:00.

Thanks Michael

Yes that'll be correct. I'm running my theatre system on an Intel with a Digi badged chassis , so I'm still on PT8. I just hooked up my laptop that has PT10 and yes it is indeed handle length. Glad it worked for you. Found out about that by accident
