Default Bizarre file created after error?

I had the all too typical, "randomly restart while mid-session" error happen the other day. Thanks to frequent saving, I didn't lose much, but I noticed a file was created in the audio files folder for the session. The file is 406 minutes long and contains completely random wave files from every different session on that drive.

Anyone else every have something totally crazy like this happen?
