Replacement for Heat Function in PT for native.

I remember a previous post that was made, but I could not find it. Somebody could not find a replacement for an alternative for heat.

Use the Lo Fi function. put the Noise at 0,1 or 0,2, and the saturation on 0,2. In my humble opinion that will be the closest, you will come to the real deal.

That setting on each channel saved me in the 90's so many times, and I had so many successes with that in the past.

I hope that gentlemen see this post.

I am sure there are several similar solutions as well.

Heat is available for PT Native and is actually included for free if you have a current license or subscription.

Also, I’d have to strongly disagree that your suggestion is an alternative to Heat. That’s not what Heat sounds like at all.
