Re: wrong pitch
fat16 and fat-anything mean nothing to mac users.
It sounds like you are clocking your digi off an evternal source...OR... were clocking off an external source at one point. |

wrong pitch
hello everybody, i need some help (from my friends).
it isn't about protools, or myself but a friend of mine has a problem. he has a new computer (pc) and wavelab4 (original) but his old material is now playing back at the wrong pitch ! the samplerate and bit depth are the same as before but the pitch has changed. when we burn the file to a cd and play it over a cd player the pitch is back to normal. his new computer is formatted with fat32. i asked him what the format of his older pc was, but he didn't know it. can it be that when you change from fat16 to fat32 that the pitch of your audio files changes ? otherwise i can't come up with something that might help.... i hope you can ! thanks anyway, tantejo. |
