Default Looking to hire someone to create stems from Protools 6 sessions

Please contact me if you have a system that can open Protools 6 session and would be willing to create stems from these. Thank you.

Hi.
I have to ask because these dsys there seems to be confusion as to what stems are.
Do you mean
A- stereo recordings including effects of groups of multi tracks?
IE/ DRUMS, BASS, GTRs, KEYS, BVs, LEAD VOCALS. All the same length
Or
B-Multi tracks printed including dynamics and eq. All the same length.
Or
C- Raw Multi tracks, with edited clips consolidated into contiguous files all the same length.

Hi Ben,
Thanks so much for the reply. It’s quite a simple and quick job for anyone who still has a working version of one of these older Protools versions. They are 10 session files, each session/song has right around 24 tracks. What I am looking for is just a simple export of each I individual wave file without any of the processing that may have been there. The job would be clicking on the 24 (ish) consolidated clips and hitting CMD shift K to export as wave files. Should take under and hour so I was thinking $100?

Hi Priorytools- the answer is C, raw multitracks.
I hate it when people use the word stems to mean something else so I can’t believe I just did that myself. I should be embarrassed.

Just to conclude this thread, as it might benefit others searching for a solution to similar issues.

I got some PT6 sessions from CMora, and was prepared to fire up my 2008 Mac Pro w/PT10 to be able to open them and convert SD2 files to wav. As I have done many times with my own stuff.

I remembered that PT had the ability added to open old sessions and do the conversion, a couple of years ago maybe, it wasn't possible before that.

Well, PT2020.12, which is the version I'm still on, did the job just fine. The only thing is to make sure that you use the "Open session…" command in PT file menu. Clicking on the session file in mac finder will not work.

I let CMora know about this, and he can now open and convert it all himself - having tried and failed a few years ago before PT got this ability, and thinking it still wasn't possible.

Happy ending.

(If someone can remember the exact version when this feature came to PT, please shout out. Also; I know there were stuff I really needed PT10 to open and convert, probably even older stuff.)

I believe it was 2020.9

I used to keep an old system around for this but I've used PT 2022 to successfully open PT 5 projects with SDII files.
