Default Studio license has disappeared

I realise no one is really going to be able to help here, but I feel like grumbling. Everything was working fine last night. Try to start up ProTools this mirning, and it says I don't have a license.

There isn't one in the ilok manager, and I assume there was one there up until today - very rarely look in there! The plug-in bundle license is still in there. Avid Link says my subscription is active, the Avid website says my subscription is active. My credit card bill says it's still active.

Opened a case on the site, they say they'll reply in two business days - so I guess I'll not get any work done this weekend. Nice.

Noticed that I'm paying £32.40 a month... and the website says it's £25 a month now. So when their support team gets back to me, I have more questions for them... (I know the price changed recently. I want the new price.)
