went to install PT12.3.1HD T and the dmg is only 208 bytes

I am at my wits end. Downloading through the Avid Marketplace in Protools 11, downloading in Safari, downloading in Chrome, downloading in Firefox, nothing works for ProTools 12.3.1

I can see the link in my account, it just won't download.

Oh, and I downloaded the whole air instruments installer for 12 without a hiccup from my account, so it has to be some weird hidden Avid secret handshake. Right now I'm downloading Xpand 2 for 12, and it seems fine.

I feel like crying, it seems only yesterday the same story was happening with 11.

How can Avid sell cloud collaboration if LEGITIMATE USERS can't even download the product they've paid for?

Finished my current project and went to download PT12.3.1 T HD. Clicked on the link and the dmg downloaded immediately. Went to install it and a dialog popped saying it couldn't run the file, dmg not recognized. The file size is only 208 bytes. Tried this several times with the same results. Also tried right clicking and chose Download Linked File. No joy. I got rid of Application Manager when I installed 12.1 about 3 months ago because it was too aggravating. Any ideas?

Just tried downloading it to this machine.. Win7 with Chrome, still no joy same results. Thanks for the suggestion.

I successfully downloaded the 12.3 installer in the meantime (just to see if I could at least get that), but I can't download 12.3.1, which still stops at 4MB. That tells me it's not the browser but the link.

Thanks for the info. The only reason I'm upgrading is because I'm installing 2 Raven MTi2's and they need ProTools 12.2.1 or later for a bug fix. I'll take a look at 12.3 and 12.3.1 and see what the diffs are and maybe just go to 12.3 instead.

Problem solved. I installed 12.3 which re-installed the App Manager. App Manager informed me 12.3.1 was available, so I dl'd that and installed it from App Manager. Jeffro just told me that the 12.3.1 installers were being updated when I tried to download them. Up and running with 12.3.1.

Have you recieved your MTI2's already or are you waiting dor them to arrive? We ordered two Raven MTI2 thursday from Thomann.de and they are due for delivery this week Can't hardly wait as I an soo pumped ro get those babies installed and go to work! Sold all 4 of our Artist Series this weekend for a great price and we are now waiting for the Avid Dock to be released as we sold our Transport too so .. Waiting is the new "Now" hehe

Let me know how you get on with the Ravens as we will be getting ours this week aswell. Thanks
