Hmm. So the 192 I/O isn't an audio interface and m-audio products aren't part of a DAW system? What the hell...
And which category does the eleven rack fit under? Couldn't find it...

Could we just have big, obvious sections for Audio/post vs Visual stuff?
And then create a HD, LE, and M-Audio section within the main Audio section?

It's REALLY difficult and unpleasant trying to go through this new site.
EXACTLY - hence why my Digi 96io drivers seem to be non existant!!

For example: Try to find any information on the hardware exchange program at the new site. See you in a few hours or when you start pulling out your hair ... whichever comes first.

And most of the links on www3.digidesign.com point to the new site anyway

Any link that points to the new site (if it doesn't have pertinant information) copy the link to the address bar and put a 3 after the www. ie www3.digidesign.com. Some of the links they forgot to update with the www3.

this website is by far the worst designed layout for simplicity to sell products, give product info and be FRESH with NEW info on what's going on... it's like they took the community feel away... i even wasted time taking a survey telling avid the website sucks... i used to check it everyday... now maybe once every 2-3 weeks... they need a marketing person to fix this problem... for example, how would anyone know a new update or new plug in is now available without digging and digging really deep.... even 10 year olds know how to create excitement thru a community online... i really hope they fix this site soon before they loose more and more people...
