D-Control Fader Pack Flashes

Hello,

Anyone know what I can do about a Fader Pack (Right) flashes on and off
about every half second on all LED lights. Faders work but it's nearly impossible to operate on that side of the controller. I have tried the system reset, of course powering down and resetting the peripheral box in protools.

Almost certainly the LED power supply - especially if it's more than a couple of years old.

Exactly. I've had mine replaced on Main Unit and 2 Fader Packs.
It was around $400 each here in LA

Also, if the other modules have not started flashing yet, don't power them down unless you have to. Apparently when they're getting old, the LED power supplies often won't come back up after a power down, and then you'll need to replace the other ones as well.
Mine is a 2005 model.
