Question Hdd , need help to recover the data

Hi All,

I have done a mistake and delete my partition in win7 and I need your Kind Help to recommend me the best program can recover the data after the format / delete partition.

the partition contains all my sessions since 5 Years

You can try Davory. http://www.x-ways.net/davory/ Its pretty cheap.

I purchased and used it 3 years ago when my Audio drive crapped and appeared to have erased all of my sessions. Luckily the drive was still functional so I connected it to another pc via a Hard drive enclosure and was able to recover all of my session files. I'm not sure if it works with the new SATA hard drives or SSDs for that matter.

The only thing is, the files when recovered, may not have the same file name. I think my session files where the same name or a variation of the same name, but the audio files were not. It's ok, because protools can search for files by its unique id, not just a file name. I was so lucky.

But you should definitely back up your work!
