Upgrade Perpetual PT Academic 12.2.1
Hi, sorry I am sure this has been answered a zillion times... I have a Pro Tools Academic 12.2.1 License and I am wondering what on earth to do to get the latest version but still not ever have pro tools expire or pay a monthly subscription.
Can I just purchase this to update PT12 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Avid-Pro-Too...8AAOSwOdpXxJ46 I would not mind paying $99 for an upgrade and a year of support, but its really confusing when it looks like I would have to pay the full $299 |

Re: Upgrade Perpetual PT Academic 12.2.1
Anyone help me figure this out?
I am considering upgrading OS X in the next few months... I have a perpetual license and I want to upgrade to the current version and not have Pro Tools expire to the point I have to pay to use it. Can I just buy a year of support for $99 then when it runs out I am stuck at whatever version we are at but PT is still usable? |
