a midi dilemma with protools 7.3 and 3 mpc's

i have a macbook, digi002 mixer,mpc 2500,mpc2000xl,mpc1000 and a triton. i need to know how do i connect all 3 mpc's and the triton via midi into the digi002 so they can be slaved and sync into protools. and which time code do i use,mmc or midi clock?
