VideoSync 5 Can’t See iLok Licence

Hey all,

I’ve already reached out to Non-Lethal and iLok but I wanted to see if anyone else might have any suggestions while I wait for their reply.

This all stems from updating to Monterey then realising Nugen plugins are incompatible, so I rolled back to Big Sur. After loading back into Big Sur my licence for VideoSync 5 isn’t being recognised. All other iLok licences are working as intended, it’s just this one that I can’t seem to get working.

I’ve tried: synchronising; reinstalling; repairing permissions; deauthorising; reauthorising, but nothing seems to fix the problem.

UPDATE: if I move the licence to a an iLok cloud session VS can see the licence. If I move it back to the iLok the problem persists, it's like VS can't see the USB.

This has now been solved after manually uninstalling Pace/Ilok and reinstalling following the file locations in they Gearspace link:
