Talking 192khz recording

Just finished some tracking at 192khz, with the new Rupert Neve console. wow. The Avid interfaces sound fantastic. PT9 was rock solid. The sound quality of the M150 mics and the world class players made the whole session very special. Just couldn't be better.

will do our final mix back through the Neve, with the Manley Compressor and EQ. Best of both worlds, analog and digital.

Default Re: 192khz recording

we are also toying with the idea of testing the new Rupert Neve tape emulator module and our 1/2" Sony ATR on 'layback'. will report how that works out.
