Default Some love for Digi.

Yes, AIR has missed the mark on a few things, however...

Some of these VI's, particularly Boom and Vacuum are really quite good.
Inspiring, fast, easy to use and solid. You can loop Boom forever, f*ck about endlessly with zero issues. Xpand 2 (yes it's ugly) is a massive improvement as well across the board.

Gotta give credit where it's due.
More of this please Digi.

I think you've broken the secret DUC ethics code. This is not a place to PRAISE digi.. it is a place to ruthlessly chastise them.

AGREED!!!!

I don't know if saying something is ugly would be reguarded as showing some love. But, I'm shure they apreciate the other feedback.

Because sometimes you get to the end of a day and you look back over what you have done.........record a vocal, lay some guitars, come up with some piano parts, retune the vocal, find a spot for the bv's, replace the kick and snare and you think to yourself....that was fun and if I get dinner made real quick I can come back and nail that bass sound.

Then you realize that you've been doing this for years and that your system is rock solid (except when you choose to mess with it) and that it paid for itself 4 years ago and that if you don't do anything to screw it then it will just keep going.

Then you feel like giving Digi a little love because they are a hugh part of the process.

Whilst I think the new instruments arent terrible, there are definitely much better out there imho.

Just like Cubase's HalionONE, etc

And whats up with there being no volume control on vacuum!?!? > Every preset hits like -0.1dbfs. Not fun.

But yea, i guess its a step up for digi, so kudos

I secretly love digidesign btw, but if word gets out, I'd be eaten alive!
