Default Oooo that smell

PTF is a nightmare. I'm glad I woke up in less time than others. I was frustrated from the start. It's really funny; if you look on the posts it's ALL problems! Then go to the 001 posts and it 90% technique and a few slight, solvable problems. The FedEx man brought my new Digi001 and I opened the box...the outer shipping box and then took out THE box. The beautiful box! I opened it...you know that smell? That, factory fresh "brand-new" smell? The books, the card, the cables, the plastic, the foam, the software...and of course, THE DIGI001. Now, due to the nightmare of ProTools FREE, I was wondering if I'd run into the same or other probs with 001. Well, I plugged in the card, loaded the software, attached the beautiful I/O box to the computer...and...and...perfect! No problems. The system works great! I recorded my first "project" last night with flying colors. When I was done, I stared at the Digi so pleased I had it instead of just a picture of it, which I'd been lusting after for some time. Damn. I'm at work right now. I can't wait to get home and play. I'm a happy PTLE cust. Cool FX and processing stuff. Dig it!

Lust sated, soon you'll be yearning for some extra-digi sex...may be in the form of tasty AD converters, maybe just some fancy valve mike-pre...whatever it is, your loyalty is going to be tested...'til better product design do us part...
