Compatibility

To use the Eleven Rack Editor, you must have an Eleven Rack with Firmware version 2.0.x (the Eleven Rack Expansion Pack).

To check the firmware version on your unit, hold the EDIT/BACK button on the front panel until the options menu appears. Then, use the scroll wheel to scroll down the list, and select Firmware Version with the SW 1 button.

If the firmware version is older than version 2.0, you will need to purchase and install the Eleven Rack Expansion Pack, available here.

If your Eleven Rack has older firmware, the Eleven Rack Editor may still function somewhat, but the on-screen controls will not correctly correspond with parameters and presets.

Eleven Rack Editor is compatible with the following operating systems:
Mac OS X 10.8-10.8.5 and 10.9-10.9.1 (OS 10.7.5 and earlier are not compatible)
Windows 7 SP1 and Windows 8/8.1 (64-bit only)

Eleven Rack Drivers
Please install the latest Eleven Rack drivers before installing the Eleven Rack Editor.

PACE/iLok
An iLok is NOT required, but there are some PACE/iLok software elements that are required. iLok License Manager software should be installed automatically. If the iLok software was not installed automatically with the Eleven Rack Editor, you can install the iLok License Manager manually from iLok.com

One thing you may notice about the Eleven Rack Editor v1.0.0 is that is does not stay on top of other windows when you click away, like to adjust volume or panning in Pro Tools. If you are on Windows 7/8, there is a free app called Always On Top that can stick the Eleven Rack Editor on top.

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this but, I ended upgrading my OS in order to run the editor and all what I got is this:











Any idea guys what might be happening?

Yep, in post #1 above you will see this:

PACE/iLok
An iLok is NOT required, but there are some PACE/iLok software elements that are required. This should be installed automatically.

Try installing the iLok Manager and then see if the Editor will launch correctly.

Hey I am trying to download the editor but I can only get an error while trying to visit the download page:

"404 - Page Not Found
The file or page that you are looking for cannot be found or has been moved. Please choose from one of the links below or use our search engine to locate the information you are looking for. "

Yeah, it is not. I tried on two different PCs with three different browsers haha. And seen other people on youtube saying they can't download at that link either.
I just can't wait to have it \o/

Fixed, both www.avid.com/ElevenRackEditor
and
www.avid.com/elevenrackeditor

...should now correctly redirect to the download page:
http://apps.avid.com/eleven-rack/

If they don't, just use that last link.

For me they still don't but that last link worked fine, it seems. I'll let you know if something goes wrong before I can get the download. Thanks so much for the quick assistance.
