Default Digidesign 192 Tracking Capacity

I am doing research on how to build a Pro Tools HD system, utilizing two Digidesign 192s to get a total of 24 i/o. My interest in the system is primarily as a tracking/playback interface with a high input/output count. I want to be able to record a live band using a mixing console/desk and then playback through the mixing console without losing much in terms of the analog to digital conversion. Note: I have a separate system for mixing/mastering/arranging, so I will hardly use plug ins, vsts, or track counts beyond 32 channels. Regarding this set up, I have a couple questions that I haven’t been able to find the answer to in these threads:

1. Can the Digidesign 192 HD system handle multi-tracking and playback around 24-32 channels? That is, can it handle recording 24-32 channels or playing back 24-32 at the same time without overloading? (Keeping in mind that there will be no plug-ins in the session)

2. In an HD system, do the HD Accel Cards handle all of the cpu load of pro tools hd or can you distribute some to the hd system and some to the CPU’s ram and ssd. I ask this because it seems like in 2021, with much higher ram and ssd speeds, it would be more efficient to utilize the higher speeds of ram and ssd to run the pro tools session compared to a dsp built in 2008. Is it possible in pro tools hd to use the HD system for i/o and your CPU’s ram and ssd to handle the other operations of the session?

Thanks y’all.
