Default "Bus error" in thread "Main Thread" address 0x0

I just installed pro tools 9 le. On start up after video hardware is not detected it gives me this error message. I updated all my drivers and my interface is hooked up correctly. Can anyone give me an idea on what to do? ASAP!!!
