PTLE 7.1 Won't start from another account

PTLE 7.1 Won\'t start from another account

I remember it was OK with 7.0 but 7.1 can start only from account it was installed (updated) from. Whenever starting the program from another account the black triangle in the dock blinks for a few seconds then disappears and "quit unexpectedly" message appears. Thanks for any solutions you may have ))

PTLE 7.1 Digi 002
PowerMac G5 DualCore 2.3 GHz 2.5 GB RAM / Mac OS 10.4.8 (all necessary updates)
