Default Restore Point?

Pro Tools LE 8 just crashed on my while recording a song with a lot of tracks and plugins. I reopen Pro Tools and all of my tracks are gone. There are a bunch of files in the region window, and my markers are still there, but besides that everything else is gone. Is there some sort of restore thing i can use to restore my session to the point where all my files are there, just before pro tools crashed on me? Any help would be much appreciated.

Funkle, If you are back and running you are one of the lucky ones.

Take this advice...

Get a backup drive and use it religiously, never have your audio drive or your system drive in an un-backed-up state. Use Acronis True Image for imaging or cloning your system drive, and make a complete copy daily of your audio drive.
