Default ilok pending renewal

Greetings

I have an active monthly subscription for Pro Tools 12, but my ilok license has expired. When I attempt to refresh the license, the message, "Renewal is pending for the following licenses" appears.

How can I have an active avid product subscription and an expired ilok license when avid provides the license?

Does anyone have a solution?

Welcome to the community!

One of the Store or CS reps will need to handle this, so I deposited a temp license that you can activate (deactivate the subscription license for now) to get back to work.

Please start a support case from your Avid account ("Access the Support Center...") with all your details to get this resolved.

I got the same kind of a problem. Funny is that Pro Tools Plan which appeared there in iLOK when the new free plugins arrived is renewed but not the core Pro Tools 12 subscription.

Started customer case 02808844. Hope they answer soon. I don't need a break while working on a busy mixing project for my own customer.

Verified subscription and deposited a temp license to get you running. Please click Access the Support Center in your Avid account to start a support case so CS can resolve the issue.
