Default Question about selling Pro Tools Academic version

Hello, I recently bought some plugins from ebay which included an iLok with my purchase. When I got it, I noticed that there is also a Pro Tools Academic license on it too. My question is, can I sell this Academic version? I already have the full version of Pro Tools and don't need this extra license...

Any help or thoughts would be great.

How do you know its a Pro Tools Academic license? I thought they all looked the same on the iLok.

When I go to my iLok account, one of the licenses on the iLok reads... "Pro Tools Academic "

There must be a different Pro Tools Academic install because it dosen't open with my regular version. If someone out there is already using an Academic version, here would be the perfect opportunity to get themself an extra licence cheaper than what you can normally get it for...

anybody know if it would be cool to go ahead and sell this asset?

"Pro Tools Academic " But it doesnt say what version of "Pro Tools Academic " that it is? IM sure you can sell it but I would make sure you know what version of Pro Tools you are selling before you sell it to someone. It could be Pro Tools 5 or something.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Pro Tools start using iLok recently with the new version 9 that came out? Was Pro Tools using iLok before version 9? I don't think so?...I thought that before version 9, your hardware was your "key" to open the software...
