In sessions I already have saved, I'll try to adjust a MIDI track height --it crashes the application. I can create a new MIDI track, but cant do anythign to it... as soon as I do, it crashes the application.
The farthest I got was opening the MIDI patch names and then it crashes... but it seems that it's dependent on the actual session, it doesn't work with every session. Any suggestions? What's the process of deleting the DAE preferences and all that....???? I remember there being a list of things to delete from some Library folder in OS X. What was it? Or what do you think I could do? And now, even when I try to create a MIDI track it crashes.

RomanVail,
Are you using PT 6.7? If so, there is a fix for this problem in cs2. See my reply to your previous post on .midinam patchnames. I upgraded to 6.7cs7 since it was the recommended path by PT at the time and it fixed this problem for me. You can see the description of the problem you are having in conjuction with patchmanes at the digidesign website under support ->downloads ->Protools cs updates -> cs2. randy |
