Default SampleTank Problem on ProTools 7.4

Hi there,
I just installed SampleTank 2.2 (and later 2.5) on my MacBookPro after I got PT7.4.2. I don't know what the issue is but I can't use the plugin. Once it is loaded on a track in the session and I add the instrument, ProTools stops operating things like saving session and gives me the error "Could not complete ... command. File not open (-38) while reading ProTools.vdb"

Anyone has a clue?

Thanks.
