Default S1 with Ableton Live 0db alignment?

hi there,

I'm using the s1 via mackie control protocol with ableton live - and it works quite nice, there's just one quirk: 0db on the s1 is not 0db in ableton, and when I reset a fader to 0db with the shift+tap fader-functionality of the s1, the value in live reads -2.747db.

is there any way to iron this out? mind you, live's fader only go to +6db tops, and when I max out the physical fader on the s1 it snaps back after I lift off the finger.

btw, since we're at it, is there a way to access master and aux channels with the s1 via mackie control? I can't figure out how.
