Pro Tools Monthly was billed twice
Case Number: 04207863
Hello, I renewed the the Pro Tools Monthly subscription, but i was billed twice. I even received two separate invoices, but the "My Products" page in MyAvid still says the software expires in August. I opened an Avid Support case. What else should i do? Thank you in advance |

Yes, it was solved (i actually forgot to post it here/close the thread, sorry ).
I opened a case in the avid support section, they replied me in 3-4 days. In the email they told it's a glitch in the system and that sometimes it happens. They sent me a refund anyway |
