Fireface Optical Set Up In Pro Tools

Hey Guys.. I Need Help!!!

I just picked up an awesome T.C Electronic Finalizer. I'm trying to get in set up in my pro tools 9 and I seem to be a rookie with setting up the I/O with hardware. I have a Fireface Uc. It has SPDIF Coax (RCA) and Optical. My Coax is plugged into a reverb unit I have and my optical is plugged into my finalizer. In pro tools my reverb unit is set up as an ADAT 1-2 (Pro Tools Default I/O). I assumed the finalizer would be ADAT 3-4... wrong. In My total mix software, i see the ouput and input going through, but my finalizer is not picking up anything, and neither is pro tools. HELP!!!!
