No longer Able to Transfer Pro Tools 10

Logged on to iLok Manager
Pro Tools 9/10 Bundle ( Allow Transfer = Yes )
Right click on license bundle - Select Transfer (not greyed out) nothing happens

I guess I have to be more patient - ilok manger took 15 minutes to complete the transaction.
2 hours to get a confirmation email
no receipt email for the $25.00 fee. ( as of yet )
wow this system is a lot slower.

OK it's been 5 days the license still has not been transferred even though it is gone from ilok account.

ok 7 days its' still not fixed submitted a trouble ticket last week - the answer was of no help - the license is not in on my ilok nor is in the other account - the ilok manger says it's on my ilok still but's it greyed out and the ilok will not authorize when PT is launched

I am expecting to receive the license of ReVibe wich I bought 5 days ago.
iLLMan is not working...and I have a strong feeling it already will never work again.
Avid, how we suppose to authorise PT11 without iLok? Do you have other copy protection system in mind? We don't trust PACE anymore and we don't want to rely on it our future investments.
