Pro Tools 11 Bundle - Upgrade

Hi All,

I have tried to get through to Avid to verify which license it is I have and whether or not it is eligible for an upgrade to the latest version. (Thomann still appear to be selling them). I don't know whether or not it is an EDU version.

My license details are as follows:

Pro Tools 11.0 (No contract)
1 Product(s)

Licenses: Pro Tools 11 Bundle

I have faith the upgrade is genuine, but I know that Avid do not allow upgrades to educational licenses. Had I known last year I could upgrade my perpetual licenses at a relatively low cost I would have done it in a heartbeat.


I have read through multiple conflicting guides regarding the upgrade process and I am just confused.

Any information or direction will be greatly appreciated.
