Changed email address, licenses lost
Hi, I changed our email address from ... to ... and now 3 Pro Tools Studio + 21 Sibelius Ultimate and who know what else are missing. Only our Pro Tools Ultimate is still there + a bunch of old and free licenses.
Why is it always like playing Russian Roulette when you have to deal with Avid accounts? Jesper EDIT: OK, they seem to be back now.

Glad it's resolved, but might be a good idea to start a support case (if you haven't already) to review what happened. Licenses should not be lost just by changing an account's email address.

Thanks Jeffro. I did start a support case, but I think it just took some time for everything to show up. It was all there after an hour or so.
