SSD5 not working in 2022.9

I've installed it from the suggested link but now Pro Tools thinks SSD5 is a new plugin, and I can't recall any settings from my sessions. Great.

Okay, so why is it listed in Instruments as the exact same name? This is so annoying. Some companies just change the name in AAX as well which is a real pain. Spitfire LABS used to be called Spitfire LABS and then after a certain update it changed to just LABS and again, the ability to recall any instruments that used the old AAX were gone. I've also had problems recently with SSD5 just loading empty rather than with the settings I was using in the session before I clicked save. I'm going to have to be more millitant with bouncing instruments these days which sucks.

Had the same issue. Mac mini running lastest OS.
Had a client come work and the sampler stopped working. Luckily, I used Time Machine and went back to the day before. Everything working on 2022.7.

Before that, I had followed others instructions about manual update of SSD. Same problems. I’ll hold off for now.

Hey,

Here is an updated SSD5 1.2.6 version that fixes the GUI issue in Pro Tools 2022.9.

Be advised this version will not recall any sessions that used the previous SSD5 1.2.4 Beta version that was sent out previously, but it will recall all older projects that used SSD5 before installing the beta version.

When trying to download it from the site it says it's SDD5 Sampler R124 Setup.pkg.
Installing with this pkg-file, it removes the plugin from my PT plugin list even though it's in my plugin-folder

where can I find the 1.2.6 version ?

By the way, when I updated to the latest SSD5, Trigger stopped working. I then updated to the latest Trigger plugin and it works again. So check and make sure you are up to date with both of those plugins.
