why there is no explicit release info for 2024.10.2

It makes no sense to mix the release infos of the 3 last releases (2410, 10.1, 10.2) in 1 info file.
when I decide to update to 2024.10.2, I would like to know what explicitly changed in this version.

Not true as that is the format for ALL releases.....

Took me a while to locate the release info too.

Other than the one bug fix, some clarification as to what has actually changed compared to (.1) would be helpful here - otherwise it makes sense for most to wait for 2025.x when AVID finally fixes the playlist behavior.
