where is COPY AND RELINK?

Go to workspaces.
Find your audio file.
Right click. You get both "copy and relink" and "move and relink"

You aren’t in the workspace area of your open ProTools session.
Find your session in the left column. Open it up to show the subfolder for audio. Find your audio files there to right click.

You are just in the general drive workspace area. The relink options aren’t there because they would be meaningless without a reference to a ProTools session.
