Default problem detected with audio clock. check that your clock source and sample rate are c

Hello...I recently purchased Pro Tools 8 LE and Digi 002 the rack, not the one with the built-in mixer... I installed everything, and also followed the optimization guide... And yet im getting errors all the time... The most common one is the

problem detected with audio clock. check that your clock source and sample rate are correct

Which is getting very irritating. At first i tried using some of the instruments such as Xpand and was working fine even though i didnt try recording... as soon as i tried to record, though, some test sounds in a stereo track through the mic in ports of my 002 it gave me the error that i mentioned above followed about a missing recording deadline (cant remembere exactly).

Also, the new problem now AFTER optimizing, is that by the time i creat a new track (its a stereo audio track), the whole things DIES AND FREEZES :S

Please tell me if my hadware has something wrong that could be affecting my 002's performance...
