Default good mastering program

Doesn't have to be pro-tools or a plugin. Whats a good program to make my music CD-loud and great quality.

I use Soundforge 5 for mastering, which can use VST/Direct X plug ins, and Nereo 5 to burn.

I use T-Racks24 to master some RoughMixes or pre-mix for the record company, or the producer to have it loader, beefier, sometimes if its not loud they'll say the song have somekinda problem... yeah right
But when I mix on my Digi for an album, I send a DAT or my Protool session to a mastering facility.
I prefer to have a professional mastering. Its good to have an extra pair of ears, its more objective.
But T-Racks is good, I bounce a multiple mono files in 24 bits and open it in T-Racks.
I know bouncing is not a good idea for a mixdown... But T-Racks work on stereo files.
If you record via 2 busses, it's gonna be dual mono. You can import these files in SoundForge and same them in a stereo format. and then open it in T-Racks24.

I use T-Racks. Great for rock, Blues, and any organic music. Inexpensive too.

I use Wavelab 4.0. It works with all of the same pluggins as sound forge, and it seems to me to be a better interface with easy access to your pluggins and an easier way of chaining then together on one track. But really the main thing that it has over everyone else is the montage feature. It allows you to line up all of your tracks and do all sorts of cool fades between tracks and creative placement of track markers and combine tracks. It is a nice program.
