BUG: Tracks hiden dont keep hiden when save and open the same sesion

Tried that, but have already tried other options prior to... doesn't help decide what did what... other ideas?

Same behavior here, even after trashing prefs. Hidden Inactive tracks appear upon opening sessions. However, opening sessions I have not open since upgrading to 2020.3 do not reveal hidden tracks upon opening. Even if I save and close them and reopen.

Tried adding folder tracks to an older session to see if that was the cause, but it made no difference. The older sessions don't exhibit the hidden track upon opening behavior.

+1 Same here.. Inactive hidden tracks reappear from time to time after opening the previous saved session. Very odd and a PITA also because I cannot have any inactive tracks I want to keep in the window or it will be years to hide each one by one...

I'm experiencing this same issue. It happens whenever I reopen the session, and is happening with inactive tracks as well. Trashing prefs did not work, nor did saving/renaming/etc.

Also sometimes when importing session data. When I import data of an active showing track from the session I am importing the data from, it ends up being hidden after I import the data.

These have been on/off since Apple moved from PPC to Intel. Maybe it fixes itself when Apple moves from Intel to ARM? This and left/right panes, somehow they lose their state every now and then. When you get a version that seems to have fixed it, the next one may have it broken again.

Same thing here with 2x Pro tools Ultimate v2020.9.1 with OS X 10.14.6.

I guess it comes with latests 2020 releases of Pro tools ?

I have the same problem with INACTIVE tracks. They unhide every time i open the session, without fail
