No response webshop support
Hai Folks,
On 18-5 I placed an order for renewal of my perpetual Ultimate license. Direct after receiving the order confirmation I filled in the online web shop support form for a request to refund the VAT since I have a VAT registered company. No response whatsoever. Also the order is not visible in my order history and my license is not renewed. Today I opened another support case with these questions above. Online I received a case number, but no confirmation through mail. Is this normal ? What is the normal response time for shop support to respond ? Thanks |

I see 2 cases, both started early this morning, and a CS rep answered about an hour ago. Please check your inbox/spam/junk for a case notice email and reply with the info requested. Thanks!

I indeed received an email yesterday concerning the VAT and the renewal.
Hope this will be solved soon. Thanks for the heads up. |
